I was born into a real estate family.  My father was an Electrical Engineer by training, and he used his problem solving skills to develop. market and sell homes for Watt Industries in Southern California.  My mom, Joanne was a teacher by training.  She used her teaching and communication skills to help families invest their assets in sensable and profitable real estate investments.  Both of my parents achieved great levels of success through persistence, sustained effort and faith.

I learned from my parents example of hard work, integrity, values and good communication skills. I bought my first home in 1995 and began my full time real estate career in 1999.  Since that time I have built my business on the the values of hard work, strong communication skills and positive relationships with smart and nice people.
